Refund policy
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, your artwork is not everything you had hoped for, please email me at victoria@primiart.com and I'll straighten things out.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs using a traceable source like FedEx or UPS. If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
International orders
I am not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country's individual customs agency. Duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital downloads can't be returned, exchanged, or canceled. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Cancellations
I accept cancellations of prints and original art if the cancellation was made prior to shipment; otherwise, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
