I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, your artwork is not everything you had hoped for, please email me at victoria@primiart.com and I'll straighten things out.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship item back within: 14 days of delivery
I accept the return of undamaged artwork
for a full refund in the form of the original payment. Kindly return the artwork in the original packaging.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs using a traceable source like FedEx or UPS. If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
International orders
I also accept the return of undamaged artwork and will refund your entire order less the original shipping fees. You are responsible for return shipping costs as above.
Please note: I am not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country's individual customs agency. Duties, taxes, and other fees are the recipient's responsibility.
Cancellations
I accept cancellations if it was made prior to shipment; otherwise, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
